    [biggrin]Good news in the local NT News regarding local prices!!!!

    I’m organising a get together (plan is within the next two weeks) with the intention of developing a network/group of people who are interested in property investing to secure their financial freedom.

    i am in canberra, but will be in darwin on the 7th and 8th of june. i have one IP up there and would be glad to give you any advice on the troubles i had! especially PM’s and conveyancers
