    Hi

I think it is ACR, but 7.25% ain’t that flash, and 8% is even worse to tie up your funds for 5 years!

Find a good accountant or financial advisor and they can point you in the direction of secure investments with a better return than that.

    Good Luck!

    Australian Capital Reserve ACR 1800 002 009

    Good call Geronimo

Think Bridgecorp offers 8.25%, also look at Finicorp and many others for Secured & Unsecured debentures, i’m sure there’s a plethora of them out there..

Remember the higher the rate, generally the highere the risks.

    Hi Keith

I would suggest to keep looking though, and consult a good financial planner show who can show you secure investments with a better return, and a shorter term than that.

Battle of hastings man you need to think outside the square you definitely live in. If you get an IP with say 10% return(7.5% rent + deductions) not only do you get better than the ‘safe’ option you are looking for, but also ongoing tax deductions to boot. The ability to borrow against an increasing asset and tax is payable on capital only if you sell. Seems a better than’british’ option.

Wales beat England in the rugby world cup semi three tries to one and couldnt kick a bloody goal!!!
