    Celivia,

    Uhm are you gonna mark our posts now and hand out reportcards? And are you doing this to try to help people? Well I’m sure you have thought it through (ideally):)

    Maybe I was just lowballing you too! [upsidedown]

    By the way, do you think there is such a person as a realistic idealist? Just a thought!

    Enjoy

    LOL manofaction, may be there are just as many realistic idealists as there are idealistic realists? Just a guess, hehe.[biggrin]

    Ever heard of buying a property to rent out Pisces? ‘Instant’ (ish) equity of at least $16K (more because the interest will be offset by rental), and a rental potential higher than that of the initial purchase price. If you can reno it in a couple months max, and get tenants in, you’re not even paying the full six months interest.

    Don’t be one dimensional when looking at the deal….

    By the words ‘government’ I mean all people who are employed by the government in some capacity as well as the members of parliament.

    I cannot believe that you are serious Super Ted.

    If the government has a real consciousness they would be making many different decisions rather than being swayed by big business to disregard
    public interests.

    Do I really need to give you examples ?

    Let then smoke, drink and gamble. That is the essance of opportunity right? Someone dies from 50 years of smoking and we get a new road?

    The question is why do they do what they do? It would not be the fact that they were impressed by the Paul Hogan advert in the local milk bar on the way home from school with a gentle reminder to my ten year old brain back in 77 that Winfield was 5 smokes ahead of the rest?

    We are all made from Stars
