Old Joe was summoned to see the King, for he had just been named father of the year.
Old Joe had 10 children and the King was eager to find out how all ten had become great success stories and contributors to his Kingdom. The King asked Joe about each of his kids.
Joe replied 3 are doctors, 3 are lawyers and 3 are engineers. But that’s only nine replied the King, what about the other one?
Stating proudly Joe says he’s an investment property wrapper and put the other nine through university. [medieval]
