Has anyone attended previously (and have any comments feedback) or planning to attend Michael Yardley’s Real World workshop in June (Melbourne)?

Michael has a very different approach to investing and has a strong track record of success. Simply put, he invests in property as a professional developer and would not follow a positive cashflow model. However, he is excellent, provides great service and you could learn an enormous amount from him.
