    Hi all…
    My brother and I are looking for money partner who is cashed up to join us in a opportunity that is worth $20 mil to $40 million in fully realised sales..
    It is a 230 block subdivision of which the first stage is Development Approved with the other 190 blocks approved in principal.

    How much are you looking for?

    Where is the development (Country/State)?

    What’s the possible return level?

    What’s the timeframe?

    How is the investment structured?

    Why have you waited until there’s only a month left to look for the money you need?

    This is to be negotiated as per level of investment

    Funds needed 1 month. Payback terms to be negotiated as per agreed involvement negotiated.
