I live in a regional city of around 25,000 and a nearby town (if you can call it that) has 23% rentals as opposed to around 19% here. It is centrally located amid other small towns in a vasriety of mills etc and property is at a good price but i’m nervous about the size of the town as in itself it is showing minimal growth. Do I or don’t I?

There are a few more factors you should share with us about this property. How much is it, what would it rent for etc???

my belief is that its definetly not too small – looka t surrounding factors as Mysta said – shops, schools, transport – if the numbers add up, then don’t hesitate, go for it.

    Kind Regards,
