Hi guys! is it feasible to go to NZ to buy just one property? Your comment would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Yes, I did. A block of 4 flats on 1 title.
If you do the sums anythings possible.Or you could just look harder in Oz.
Russ.I am sure there are many ex Kiwis within this forum with family and friends still there from whom you could gather information first.
KiaraAbsolutely – don’t be determined to go and buy 3 or 4 or 10. Just be keen to buy one. Then 1 will turn into 2 and 2 into 4…etc. For any further advice on NZ, I suggest speaking to Weston – he finds good deals and will save you alot of time if you were to just go there by yourself and shop around…
Also, it might cost you $1000 in total to go to NZ including accom and airfare and everything else if you are wise about your spending – then if you find a good deal that is well +CF, then the $1000 is definetely worth it.

start with one and see how you go!!
I Thank you guys for your great reply to me. Do I have to go to NZ to buy?
Hi Viralk
No you don’t have to come to NZ.
There are a number of bird spotters around who have or can find for you what you want.
Just make sure you have your finance, solicitor and accountant and your systems all sorted out before you buy. They don’t like tyre kickers.
It will be too late if you are offered a property and then you have to sort out the best way to buy it.
Brent, Westan, Tasman Investor and Mini are four people who can source property for you.
But as I said make sure you have your systems in place before you ask.
