We have had a great day house hunting in T…. finding deals and looking at stuff. The returns are still here guys, but the property managers are starting to say hmmmm,…. getting harder to get good tenants, so many Aussie investors are buying into the town(s).
Too many Aussies. Buying up the stuff as if there is no tomorrow.
