Decided to stop thinking, and get off my butt and start acting. Also took the advice of “if your not embarassed by your first offer then it’s too high”. Loved the agent’s reaction but he’s still going to get back to me, so might have my first property soon. Inspecting another one tomorrow. Looking forward to making my nxt embarrasing offer.[thumbsupanim]
