    I have a new townhouse in Melbourne (Fitzroy) bought for $380K, currently rente[blink]d for $320/week and I want to try a residential option rent/lease for 2-3 years. In your experience:
    1. What should be win-win figures?
    2. What is the best way to attract clients?
    3. Who in Melbourne prepares the relevant contracts?
