    Does anyone think that investing in apartments in Christchurch is a good idea for rental yield and capital gain? Or is apartment investing in Christchurch as dangerous as that in Sydney and Melb?

    Personally I think Christchurch is a great place to invest – especcially for students. But I would really direct my question to Westan up in the Sounth of NZ – he’s the expert in this who could help you out.
