    Hi

Probably should of asked this question first. Does anyone know of available listings for vendor financed properties, I am particularly looking for in Melbourne

I can afford anywhere from $250 – $300 per week
    comfortably
I can arrange a small deposit

Can afford more for the right property

    Regards

    Darren

I have seen heaps in the local papers. Maybe worth a looksee….[blink]

It might pay to get copies of local papers. For the price you are looking at will be in the outer areas.
Try also looking in the trading post, there is plenty there on a FT basis.
You might want to aslo place your own add in the local paper or TP.

    Darren,

Have you exhausted all options for buying into a property yourself?
