    Anybody has experience in investment in storage
    unit/warehouse? What’s the expected return?

    Currently heard one 4km to Townsville centre,
    about 90 sq meter, divided into five separate spaces like 5 garages, guaranteed 9% return (renewal with CPI adjustment annually) for ten years. Good return or not? As it is guaranteed, not sure if the price is inflated already.

    Need some advices.
