Hi there,
I have been watching from the sidelines for a while now so this is my first post…….

The scenario is that I have been looking at purchasing a block of units in regional NSW. The plan wound be to strata title each unit and sell maybe one or two of them and retain the rest for +cf. Just wondering if anyone has any experience in this process. What is involved. What are the pitfalls.
