I saw a property advertised recently which was described as being zoned “Neighbourhood Centre – Childcare Centre”. The property was on the market for what appeared to be a real bargain if it were zoned Residential and could be redeveloped with some units or similar.
Anybody have experience with this zoning? How likely would persuading a council to rezone be?
The agent stated that the previous tenant had left when their govt grant ran out, but up until then had been paying rent high enough to pass the 11 second rule!
