I’m sure you’ve heard lately on the news that Jerrard&Stuk lawyer, Jonathan Cohen, has been representing parties wanting to recoup their deposit on Mirvac properties bought off-the-plan.

I think this might be of importance to those who are unaware of the changes to the legislation. This one was meant to protect, but…..

Sooshiep.s. I didn’t buy off the plan but know of those who have. I just want it clear that it’s better to choose property wisely in the first place than to litigate afterwards when things go pear shaped.
