    I am new to investing and looking 4 my first pos cash flow property to start the ball rolling. I am considering looking at Kalgoorlie, Albany and Collie. I do not want to spend more than 100k. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    I have a villa in Kalgoorlie and is returning 12% yield, I don’t think thats too bad…There are heaps like this
