    Hi All

    Not sure if this belongs here, but maybe some of you smart finance cookies can help out?

    Got a client who needs $2m to buy the a floating restaurant on the Brisbane River. We can’t help unfortunately. They can put down $1m cash.

    Any lenders out there who specialise in Boat loans? Effectively it shouldn’t be too different to a standard business loan (in theory) other than that there would be a great deal of insurance involved.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I would try BNZA, NAB or Suncorp.

    I’ll give Suncorp a go first, as much as I appreciate the quality service of the NAB at the moment.
