    Hi ALL,

    Recieved some info from my accountant..

    I sent her some info on Trusts

    Her reply

    Thanks for the information, i’ve had a looka nd whilst the structure is legal we beleive the ATO have already announced that these ‘schemes’ will be disallowed under the general Anti-Avoidance provisions, if you’d like to come and see me to discuss…..

    I too would like to know more about what the conversation was about. It could be one of two things, she doesbn’t know what she is on about or there is a good topic of conversation and research to be had for us here.
