    Does anyone know what’s needed to open up a property management firm?

    In QLD any person who is acting on behalf of a third party in any form of realestate transaction must be licenced or must be a registered employee of a licensed agent

    Thanks for the info, I just found out that I’ll need to complete a registration course set by the Real Estate Institute.
