    Hi Everyone,

Have just registered and this is a fantastic website. Recently read Steve’s book and am motivated to start my investment property portfolio and want to constantly enhance my knowledge on investment properties.

Am based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and would prefer to purchase an investment property in this area. However, prices are too high. Heard that good investment properties with lower capital outlay can be found interstate/regional centres. Any advice/suggestions on how to research unfamiliar geographic regions would be most appreciated.

BTW – Am considering purchasing the untold wealth programme [by John Fitzgerald]. Would welcome any feedback from members who have gone thru the programme.

    Thanks

A good place to start to get a feel for what kind of stats that can be found in web sites is
    demographic stats.

This seems to be about demographic arrangements.
