    what am i missing? I spend hours several days a week (internet, phone, newspaper,agents)and I have found nothing. I thought I have found something on several occassions but they have been veto by those in the “know”
    search has been unrestricted residential some, commercial, NSW boarder to cairns surburbs and towns east and west-even suburbs suggested on forum
    I have come a cross on 6% net return instead of 8% in an area with scacity and increasing CG
