Can anyone give me some names of a good (not just good, excellent) accountant who can help maximise my tax return cheque in the financial year. Being in the medical profession, I have always gone to a tax agent specialising in doing tax returns for medical profession but have only just gotten into the property market as an investor.
Also, I have read in some magazines, how some people recomend getting a quantity surveyor to help maximise the depreciation they can get. Does anyone out there recommend this and is there anything else I should be doing in preparation for the financial year end approaching

    Cheers

Yes Stingray, I think I can assist.

I have met an accountant rcently who is pro-active. I was impressed.

The outstanding part of it all is that he isn’t just a theoretician as he owns several very valuable properties.

Email me and I will forward his details.
He is located in Bondi Junction.
