I went to that semina of ‘Ron Le Grande. Yes Steve, the man himself was not there!!
The 1st speaker was Wright Thurston on “How to build $9000.00 a mth +cf. Very interesting, but of course does’t explain anything in great detail ’cause he is selling his 6x6hr tapes,books,Millionaires Retreat, etc.
The total package was US$4000.00 and at the end of the speal, all this was marked down to US$1495.00 for the books & tapes & the millionaires retreat for free! as a special for the attendees! Be quick only 35 places available. Needless to say I did’t take up the offer.I got a little suspicious when he started discounting. Is it no good? Does no one go? Why,if he is so wealthy, would he discount his products so much?
However he did have a few good ideas i.e.He buys 4 -54unit flats as he says it is easier to buy flats with multipule incomes than a single family home.
All a little too much sell sell for me.[
