I just checked out a site of one of trhe members here (ONLINEPEOPLE). Here’s the url of an apartmnt being auctioned online:

So my questions are… Are online auctoins for RE the same as “real life” auctions? Do they have the same kind of protections for both vendor and buyer? Couldn’t one register falsely and make bids for that apartment and really mess the vendor around?
If anyone can think of any comments, I’d be interested. Do you think this would be a stressful or good/bad way of selling an IP??

As for me, I have nothing to do with this company- just think it’s an interesting way to do RE business.
