I am looking for a money partner investor whi is interest in making high returns on their capital.
I invested 150,000 18 months ago and is now worth 1.5 million in equity across 18 properties valued at 3.5 million.
My borrowing capacity is reaching its limit and now would like to expand further using my abilities and contacts in Queensland to develop further.
A 50/50 split would be the basis of the arrangement

So you’re looking for a DEBT and EQUITY partner? In what entity are these properties held and how do you plan to facilitate the transfer of the 50% share of these properties, as I would imagine there will be stamp duty issues?
And do you have a full due-diligence kit(including valuations) on these properties?
