    If a property is a mixture of retail and residential buildings, is it correct you need a 30% deposit?

    Any special things we should be aware of??

    Possibly 25 %

    Be aware that there are other factors which decide
    whether a lender is interested in lending (things like length of the commercial leases, etc.).
