    quantity surveyor you have ever come across is?

    I live in Victoria and appreciate anyone who can recommend a value QS for money ie. company and person involved.

    Used this guy once in SE Melbourne. Found him genuine and the depreciation schedule was much better than I anticipated on a 25yr old home.

    I think I used him once as well. The paperwork is at home so I cant check but it rings a bell.

    I got him to do one of my properties and he told me not to worry about the others. He seems an honest type guy.

    He was fairly busy and I had to wait a few weeks, so he must be good/popular.
