    G’day all

    Currently I’m based overseas and I really want to start looking into purchasing +cf IP. Can anyone please recommend:

    1. Accountant maybe based in WA who is IP experienced?
    2. Are there any other expats out there buying in OZ who are from OZ?

    I have read quite a few books on real estate etc but as I’m based overseas the +cf IPs become harder when you can’t use your own income to offset to ensure +cf.
