    Im a time rich,cash poor investor looking to accelerate the growth of my property portfolio.I have a couple of cf+ deals at the moment,with no money.
    Anyone want to buy the info?It’s a win win,something I know Steve is a big advocate of.

    where are the properties located and in what price bracket?

    i wouldnt give out the location.
    however some info would be nice ie:
    the general location (outback sa etc)
    purchase cost
    capital growth
    tenancy vacancy rate
    expected rent
    body corp/council rates etc.
    i may be interested.
    am happy to pay for information after that, if its what i am looking for.
