I read an article the other day claiming that in the future we will not see the rise/growth in property prices we have seen in the past. The reason for this is low inflation levels. Im a newbe and a little confused by this. Just b/c inflation is low now doesnt mean its going to stay that way ??

Also in the ‘strategies’ section in this site steve states ‘…some experts believe that certain changes in the current market may spell the end for property investment as a strategy for continued profit’…does anyone one know what ‘changes’ he is referring too?

    thanks

    Hi Mika,
“I also heard the Earth was Flat!”

Do some research and ask some more questions……

Many people have many opinions….. trick is too learn…. then REsearch… then ACT!!
    Best of luck
