I was wondering if there is anyone else out there who lives in or around Newcastle, that would be interested in forming a group of some sort?

We are staying at Summerland point for the next 2-3 weeks but then hopefully rent a house near Swansea for maybe the next 3 months till we find a place up there to buy and renovate.
