    Hi all,
    First posting to the forum. We’ve just purchased a cf- property in Qld and want to manage it ourselves. Can anyone advise as to what documents we need to complete with the tenants,where to get them, how and where to lodge the bond etc etc.

    You can find all the relevant documentation on the Residential Tenancy Authorities web site.

    If you wrap then it is a different kettle of fish.

    We’re just getting into the wrap idea but still need to do more research and learning.
