    Hi I have been seeing units for sale in brisbane they are only 50sqm and are sold in pairs claiming up to $600 per week rent for both units and the asking prices are around $210000. Seems to good to be true does any one know about these properties

    Which suburb?

    Are they the units catering for Uni students in the City.
