    Hi I have been seeing units for sale in brisbane they are only 50sqm and are sold in pairs claiming up to $600 per week rent for both units and the asking prices are around $210000. Seems to good to be true does any one know about these properties

    They sound like serviced apartments. These units would have very high costs, low LVRs from banks, and low CG.

    Agreed.

    I was looking at this kind of unit before but relactant to buy because the bank won’t lend me money the amount I want it ie. only 80% or less.

    But, it seem +ve tho.
