    can any one help me I have a friend who wants to buy a property 2hrs out side perth wA
    The trouble is its a small town and the lenders are shy to commit to a country town even though its a service area for all the outer small towns
    does any one know who would lend on a property $50000

    if one bank don’t lend to you/friend then try another bank or use mortgage broker!
