Hello Steve
I missed the TV show, but I listened to the tape on the link.
It raises a question, if you decide to replace the people that have dropped out of your course I would be interested in taking one of there positions.
As not being chosen from the first draw, it gose to say never let a opertunity go by.
Have a think about it.

The question is if we are so keen to be part of that team are we prepared to pay the price.
The price ? What price ?
Well (the way I see it) it means spending a set number of hours to pursue, to dig out or dig up a suitable property. To relentlessly keep on until one finds that property.
And then do whatever the next step consists of.
If one says that one is really dedicated enough to put in that kind of effort, my question is : ‘Are you doing that very thing right now ?’
If not, why not ?
Now I am not particularly looking for your answer.
One can answer themselves why it is that we say we are prepared to do whatever it takes and yet, somehow often we just don’t put the required effort in.
Interesting isn’t it ?
Building up a real estate portfolio, most of us know what we need to do to do it. It is like walking, one step at a time and we get there.
So why are so many people procrastinating, merely talking and sitting on their hands ?
(Now don’t think I am having a go at you as I basically am talking to myself [] .)
