Anyone know where I can find a decent rental property evaluation tick sheet to help out a novice property buyer such as myself? You know the sort of thing – what to look out for, what to ask, etc.I’m about to travel to NZ to get my positive cashflow career on the road so any help would be much appreciated!

I got all my templates from Steve’s “Buyer Beware” (https://www.propertyinvesting.com/resources/1.html) which I would highly recommend.
Not only does it have templates but lots of useful advice.
