    Good point Max

Was it ING that ended up knocking it back or a mortgage insurer?

[I am a broker, first time here. Maybe try Colonial, but they only use Brokers and one of few where area not so important. I have another, rate is 6.84%, no upfront fees and no monthly fees. Wonder how much time you’ve wasted looking yourself when a reputable broker could sabve you time and money?

Off topic, but all my loans are through a broker (actual lender is Colonial).

Much better deal than previous arrangment. Have broken even on the switching costs in just under 12 months.

Yep, all my future loans will be with a broker. Was happy with my bank manager, but he moved interstate (was it something i said?). Ever since I can’t find a decent one, plus the bank shafted me, so they can bug off.

    Cheers
