Hello everyone,
I am a melbourne-based 1st year university student and have a great interest in a future career in the property investment and speculation field. Could anyone on this forum give me any feedback on appropriate careers paths in my situation or just general advice into tapping into this highly lucritive industry I would be very sincerely grateful.
Thanks,
LachieHi and welcome to the forum!

Possible career paths = anything that you might enjoy doing for a time that will earn you money to put towards investing.
I don’t think there are any ‘special’ ones that will help more than others. I wouldn’t be a RE Agent for quids.

MelRead property investment books as much as you can, attend free seminars as much as possible. Take 3 main points (strategy) that valuable and interest you and apply it. If you read say 30 property investment books and attended 7 seminars then you got 111 strategies to use in your investing journey.
Good luck
