    Hi guys and girls,

    I am currently a student with money coming into the bank and out the other end straight away.

    Employment.. temping from place to place.

    Income, if I continue my current job – $30k minimum.
    But there’s been no proof that i’ve ever earnt this much.

    So far, my attempt in trying to find a finance has been given with negative stuff that are all against me, especially since the property that i’m thinking of investing is out in the country area.

    Do you guys know of a finance that’s willing to risk it by trusting me? around 90-95% financing?

    I’m in Sydney btw.

    Any help will be appreciated, thanx.

    (btw there’s a similar story in the Rich Dad Success Stories, its the 4th chapter. difference is that he can practically get a finance everywhere…)

    95% will be very hard but 90% might be achievable although not easy.

    Can you email me some more info including the location and postcode of the property and how long you have been in your current job?
