Has anyone seen the storage facility that is advertising investments from 9990$? It is a storage facility that “apparently” gives around 7% return without any vacancy ever….I don’t know if that is a great return before tax and expenses, but I thought it was a pretty funny idea.
I saw it advertised on realcommercial.com.au and thought I would share it.
KylI would be surprised if the building wasn’t managed by a manager.
The storage space would be hard to resell. And, because of the manager and security probably impossible to have a tenant for the space without having the management involved.
