I was just wondering if anyone on these boards had any investment properties in and around the Glenelg area in South Australia. I’m interested as I’ve just bought a property on the Patawalonga Frontage in Glenelg North. I have been told that the council is just about to redevelop the Patawalonga Frontage roads and put in a couple of roundabouts to reduce traffic. I’ve also heard that as part of the plan the council will be putting all the power/communication cables underground. If anyone has any info on the area or knows of any future/planned developments please let me know. It’d be great to talk to someone who also has an interest in the area.Cheers
