    i wish to build 5 retirement units and require a low doc construction loan at highest possible lvr need a low doc product or private funder

    Have residential property already

    For anyone to provide some answers it would be helpful to know the following :

    Location ?
    Land value ?
    Construction cost ?
    How did you arrive at the amount of construction cost ?
    Council aspproval ?
    Will you employ a builder to build ?
    Your cash contribution ?
