    Hi all,
I’m a newbie here. I’m actually over here from the UK on a working holiday. I’d like to attend Steve McKnight’s seminar next month. Can anyone tell me whether I would be able to implement the material, both because I’m only in your country until around December time, and also from a legal/visa standpoint. What I mean is, can I legally go around buying investment properties in Australia when I’m not a permanent resident here (fyi, I’m on a long stay business visa)?

    Hello New World Monkey,

it is possible. It needs to be either new property or off the plan product. Just make sure your offers are subject to you receiving FIRB approval, else you could end up in hot water!

    Kind Regards,
