Saturdays West Dated the 7th Feb 2004, has a property section in it with a half page on WA rural towns.
It’s intersting but not earth shattering stuff. If you’re able to get a copy from someone who hasn’t thrown it out, then it’s worth a read. Not worth tracking all over town trying to find a newsagency who still has a copy though.

REIWA has some good info on PERTH suburbs but nothing Rural
