Hi everyone,
Just wondering what kind of rental yields people have been receiving for properties purchased in the last 3-6 months, based on current rental as a percentage of original purchase cost (plus cost of any reno that would bump up the rent). Just wanted to know what the top returns are at the moment for comparison.

With a 10% deposit i have found one with 18% yeild.

Roughly in a range of, 5.2% – 12.7% (On the purchase price)
