All Topics / Finance / Using interstate brokers
Hi all.
Looking at finances at the moment to progress to the next step so to say. Question is…Are there any disadvantages using a mortage broker either in another city or state. I realise it can be done but for sheer ease am I better to source a local agent. I am from Brisbane – Enoggera.
Anybody had experiences doing this.

Serenity Now!I used a Melbourne based broker for Victorian purchases then used the same broker for QLD purchases.
No problems.

Rod.
I have clients all over the country as I am sure many brokers do. If you don’t need someone by your side when you complete an application form then it works fine!
By the way I lived at Enoggera for about five years when I was in the Army!

Why go interstate. Mel at Home Loan connections is a regular contributor to the site and she is based in Brissie.
Is finance for wraps you are looking for?
