    Hi all,
    I noticed in the Rocky Morning Bulletin that Gracemere ( just to the west) is rated as the best deals in the state of QLD. Has anyone looked at or purchased property in Gracemere??? Is it because of the power station at Stanwell/and sale yards. Im not too sure of the demographics behind that statement.
